Joe was born and raised in a small town in Italy, known for its musical accomplishments. By age ten he was second clarinetist in the town’s thirty-piece orchestra. At age sixteen, Joe came to the United States. His first purchase in the new country was a saxophone, and within three months he joined a four-piece band and was performing in most of the clubs in New York City.

Throughout the years that followed, entertaining became his passion. He played with some of the biggest and best bands in town and had his own wedding band for twenty years. All of these years performing, coupled with an unwavering passion for music, is the reason Joe still plays today.
